Please read these important announcements regarding our community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Our 2nd Quarter Town Hall will be virtually held on Monday, May 23rd at 6pm via Zoom. Topics will include budget, security, maintenance items (lighting, playground, etc.), landscaping, announcements, and Q&A. Please see the details below and this session will be recorded if you are unable to join us.<\/li>
  2. The HOA Board has updated the Godley Park Pool Rules. Please click here to view the latest rules: https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/…\/Godley-Park-Pool-Rules-1.pdf<\/a>. Please note that due to recent activity and safety concerns, “No glass or alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the pool area.” While this may be an unpopular decision with some residents, we hope this will create a more inclusive, family-friendly environment at our pool.<\/li>
  3. As we welcome the warmer weather, we want to remind everyone that this would be a great time to partake in a little spring cleaning. While driving around the neighborhood, we came across a few items that may need to be addressed such as power washing of homes\/fences, replenishing of material in planting beds, mowing and manicuring lawns, etc. As a reminder, please refrain from parking your vehicle on the common property grass to avoid creating bare spots.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
