The boat that has been parked on Fairgreen is in the process of being removed by the owner after over 2 weeks of being parked there illegally.

Please remember that street parking is a violation of our Covenant and Rules and Regulations as this community will NOT allow those to be broken and violations will follow.

Due to Tropical Storm Debby, the board has decided to not ticket cars parked on the street due to area flooding.  The time period is from Monday, Aug 5th through Thursday, Aug 8th. To revert back to normal operations on Friday, Aug 9th.  All other violations are to continue as normal.

All- due to the possible impact of tropical storm Debby, both gates in our community have been locked open to prevent any damage that could occur.

They will return to normal operation once the storm has passed.

1. The HOA Board has updated the Godley Park Pool Rules. Please click here to view the latest rules: https://secureservercdn.net/…/Godley-Park-Pool-Rules-1.pdf. Please note that due to recent activity and safety concerns, “No glass or alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the pool area.” While this may be an unpopular decision with some residents, we hope this will create a more inclusive, family-friendly environment at our pool.
2. As we welcome the warmer weather, we want to remind everyone that this would be a great time to partake in a little spring cleaning. While driving around the neighborhood, we came across a few items that may need to be addressed such as power washing of homes/fences, replenishing of material in planting beds, mowing and manicuring lawns, etc. As a reminder, please refrain from parking your vehicle on the common property grass to avoid creating bare spots.

There is new access at the Amenity House. All community members will need an access card to enter. Please remember that the Amenity House attendants will ask for your address and check it on their listing of community members by address.
Coming soon will be an installation of a card reader at the playground as well for the safety of our children!

Topics will include budget, security, maintenance items (lighting, playground, etc.), landscaping, announcements, and Q&A. Please see the details below and this session will be recorded if you are unable to join us.

New Visitor Parking Pass Request FormNew Visitor Parking Pass Request Form

Please fill out this request form for guests staying overnight with you and are not able to park in your garage or driveway. A request form is needed for each vehicle and can be approved for up to seven days. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing to receive the temporary parking permit.

Please read this important announcement regarding our community, and please feel free to reach out to the Godley Park HOA Board of Directors with any questions.

1) Our new roaming night security company (SPA) will begin on March 7th. We have asked them to enforce no parking on the grass and no overnight parking in the streets between 12am and 5am. Please note that the pool/gym parking lot should not be used for overflow parking. We realize exceptions (i.e. family events, moving, etc.) may arise occasionally. Please email the board by 5pm that day so we can notify security. In anticipation of St. Patrick’s Day, we will advise security not to issue violations for overnight street parking the night of March 17th.

2. We have an open work order to change the community playground entrance to be opened by access key. Playground hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. If you need to request an access key, please contact Bundy Appraisal and Management.

3. Our community swimming pool opens on April 1st for property owners and rental occupants that are up to date with monthly assessments/dues. The hours of operation for the pool are from Sunrise to Sunset. An access key is required for each family or individual while at the pool. Guests are limited to no more than five (5) people per household at any time and must have proper supervision.
