Spring 2024 is here…. Just a few reminders…Spring 2024 is here…. Just a few reminders…

  1. The HOA Board has updated the Godley Park Pool Rules. Please click here to view the latest rules: https://secureservercdn.net/…/Godley-Park-Pool-Rules-1.pdf. Please note that due to recent activity and safety concerns, “No glass or alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the pool area.” While this may be an unpopular decision with some residents, we hope this will create a more inclusive, family-friendly environment at our pool.
  2. As we welcome the warmer weather, we want to remind everyone that this would be a great time to partake in a little spring cleaning. While driving around the neighborhood, we came across a few items that may need to be addressed such as power washing of homes/fences, replenishing of material in planting beds, mowing and manicuring lawns, etc. As a reminder, please refrain from parking your vehicle on the common property grass to avoid creating bare spots.

As always, thank you for your cooperation and making this a great community to live! Please address any questions or concerns to us at [email protected] Godley Park HOA Board2nd Quarter Town Hall Meeting Info: Join Zoom Meeting

Security, Playground, and Pool UpdatesSecurity, Playground, and Pool Updates

Please read this important announcement regarding our community, and please feel free to reach out to the Godley Park HOA Board of Directors with any questions.

1) Our new roaming night security company (SPA) will begin on March 7th. We have asked them to enforce no parking on the grass and no overnight parking in the streets between 12am and 5am. Please note that the pool/gym parking lot should not be used for overflow parking. We realize exceptions (i.e. family events, moving, etc.) may arise occasionally. Please email the board by 5pm that day so we can notify security. In anticipation of St. Patrick’s Day, we will advise security not to issue violations for overnight street parking the night of March 17th.

2. We have an open work order to change the community playground entrance to be opened by access key. Playground hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. If you need to request an access key, please contact Bundy Appraisal and Management.

3. Our community swimming pool opens on April 1st for property owners and rental occupants that are up to date with monthly assessments/dues. The hours of operation for the pool are from Sunrise to Sunset. An access key is required for each family or individual while at the pool. Guests are limited to no more than five (5) people per household at any time and must have proper supervision.

Thank you for your cooperation as we try to look out for the best interest of the entire community and enforce the covenants created in 2005. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].

Upcoming Gate and Security ChangesUpcoming Gate and Security Changes

Please read this important announcement regarding upcoming changes in our community.

1) Effective Friday, February 18th, the Highlands Square gate will have a new schedule. The gate will close 24/7 on weekends, and the gate will open from 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm on weekdays due to peak traffic. Please reach out to Bundy Appraisal & Management if you need a gate code and/or clicker. As a reminder, please do not give out your gate code to temporary visitors such as delivery drivers. Please see www.godleyparkhoa.com for gate instructions. We are also in the process of replacing the Godley Park gate with lighter material to prevent gate malfunctions. We will change the Godley Park gate to this same schedule once the new gate is installed in approximately three to four weeks.

2) Our new roaming night security company (SPA) will begin in early March. We have asked them to enforce no overnight parking in the streets or on the grass. If you have been parking on the street overnight, we ask that you find an alternative solution by March 1st. Please note that the pool/gym parking lot should not be used for overflow parking because our residents need these spaces to retrieve mail and use the amenities. We realize exceptions (i.e. family events, moving, etc.) may arise occasionally. Please email the board by 5pm that day so we can notify security.

3) We’ve received numerous complaints regarding roaming animals and animal waste. We have many responsible pet owners in our community – THANK YOU! We increased pet waste stations last year, and we welcome any suggestions on how to curb this problem.

Thank you for your cooperation as we try to look out for the best interest of the entire community and enforce the covenants. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
